CIT (Circuit Integration Technology Inc.) is a semiconductor manufacturer specializing in linear and mixed-signal integrated circuits. The company designs and manufactures high performance mixed signal circuits used in Video control and generation, Timing generation, Timing control, Bus termination, and power management areas. The product line consists of Video Clock Generator, VGA/MPEG Video Overlay, Network Bus Switches, PWM Switching Regulator, LDO Linear Regulator, SCSI Bus Terminators, DDR Clock Buffers, etc.

The company’s technology is based upon two mainline processes, a 0.8uM DPDM CMOS process and a 0.4uM DPDM high voltage CMOS process from which the company offers a variety of voltage, speed and density options. CIT serves various commercial and industrial markets include the use of products in personal computers and servers. On top of the standard product lines, CIT also offers a complete line of mixed signal gate array family to serve the custom IC market. For novel customers they will be able to convert their designs into a fully integrated chip by employing CIT’s design libraries and design support.

CIT was incorporated in 1990 in California. The company's principal executive office is located in Mountain View, California and have its products manufactured in Taiwan, Malaysia, and China.
