High Current Output
Buffers
High voltage or high current buffers are implemented on this array regularly. Depend on the configurations high current output driver can deliver current from a few mA to hundreds of mA.
The device is limited at 5 volt operating voltage. However, under certain condition the output voltage can go up to 12 Volt.
The small swing output interfaces are implemented on this array regularly. For example, I/Os like ECL, BTL, or other type of small swing interface are available in the library. The output driver may be configured as the following types -- pull down, pull up, trapezoidal, current limited, or active termination.
