Minimum Fab Cycle.
With inventoried base wafers, the fab cycle can be as short as one week. Small quantities (5 to 20 pieces) of prototypes may be assembled in ceramic packages in 3 days. It is also possible to assemble pre-production units in plastic packages in 2 to 3 weeks. However these parts will be delivered un-tested.
